User and OWL Partner Accounts

Which option should I choose?
Vendor or Partner accounts are available through our OWL Partner App. If you are not a business owner or selling any type of product or service; then this account option is not for you. User accounts should be used by non-business owners using our OWL User App in order to access a list of vendors available near you.
How to DELETE my OWL Partner or OWL User Account?

- Businesses that create an OWL Partner account can delete their OWL account by opening the OWL Partner app, browsing to the (three bar menu) option on the top right-hand side of the OWL Partner home screen, select the "Business Profile" menu option, select the "Password and Access" menu option and clicking on the "Delete Account" link.

NOTE: Once the option to delete is selected. The OWL Partner app will not retain any type of data associated with your OWL Partner account. The OWL Partner app will immediately delete your OWL Partner app profile, business name, business address, email address and passwords.

- Business customers that create an OWL User account can delete their OWL account by opening the OWL User app, browsing to the (three bar menu) option on the top right-hand side of the OWL User home screen, select the "Profile" menu option and clicking on the "Delete Account" link.

NOTE: Once the option to delete is selected. The OWL User app will not retain any type of data associated with your OWL User account. The OWL User app will immediately delete your OWL User app profile, first name, last name, email address and passwords.

How can I use OWL?
You can access OWL through our website link (LetsOwl.com) as an (OWL Partner) or via our Smartphone app as an (OWL Partner or OWL User). Our platform supports both iPhone-Apple Store and Android-Google Play (Coming Soon!).
How does it work?
OWL Apps are accessible to you via your Smartphone. You will need to acquire OWL funds and maintain a sufficient balance in your wallet in order to purchase products, services or items from each vendor displayed in our app. You may pre-order items to assure their availability and obtain a confirmation once they are ready.

How do I pay for OWL funds?
You can purchase OWL funds with any of the accepted credit cards listed on our site or app. You can also acquire funds using a PayPal account.

Ordering

How do I order?
Choose an OWL Partner, select items from their menu options, and then use your available OWL funds to complete the purchase from your wallet.
How will I know that my items are ready?
You will receive a notification from the OWL partner selected once your product, service or order is available to be picked up or delivered to you. Service options may vary by OWL Partner.
Are OWL funds refundable?
Unused OWL funds are nonrefundable but do not expire. Any available balance will remain in your OWL account until completely used, a zero balance displayed.
